In this project, I will make a battery spot welding machine.

We will have two videos for this.

1. In our video, I will introduce the materials I will use for our spot welding machine and show how I converted the microwave oven transformer to use it as a spot welding machine transformer.

In our 2nd video, we will connect the microwave oven transformer that we converted, the timer module that we will use when spot welding, and the spot welding pen, mount it on our case and carry out the testing stages of the machine.

In my tests with the machine, I was able to center even 0.30 mm nickel strip wire very well.
